Our Monthly online program is for past Happy Lifters to lift independently, but still get guidance and have a community. This program includes 16 step-by-step workouts, designed to guide you through your fitness journey with confidence. You’ll also gain access to a supportive group of ladies completing the program alongside you, where you can share videos, pictures, and encouragement. Need help? I’m here for emergency lifting advice, and we’ll connect weekly via video chat to keep you on track with your goals. Plus, each week comes with a mindset reflection to help you grow mentally as you build your physical strength. It’s everything you need to lift, grow, and thrive!
