Serbrina Koogle is on a mission to change the way women see themselves in the gym—and in life. As the founder of Happy Lifts, she empowers shy girls to step into the gym with confidence, teaching them how to lift in a way that feels natural, sustainable, and truly transformative. Because strength isn’t just about what you lift—it’s about the trust you build with yourself along the way.

Her professional background sets her apart. For over 10 years, Serbrina worked as a behavior interventionist, helping children build the tools they needed to change habits, manage emotions, and create lasting growth. She carries that same expertise into fitness—because lifting weights isn’t just about muscles, it’s about rewiring how we see ourselves and what we’re capable of.

She’s also a certified personal trainer with specializations in youth fitness, pain-free performance, and ante/post-natal training. In just a few years, she has trained over 300 women of all ages and backgrounds, from absolute beginners to seasoned lifters, always keeping the focus on self-trust and strength for life.

Through Happy Lifts, Serbrina is proving that fitness isn’t about fitting in—it’s about stepping into your power, lifting yourself up, and rewriting the story of what strength truly means. Because hard times won’t stop coming, but when we get stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally—we can handle them all.
