Bear Crawl

Choose this exercise if you want to train core stability, shoulder control, and coordinated opposite-arm/leg movement.

The bear crawl requires opposite-arm/leg movement while maintaining your brace and keeping your hips level.
It trains your deep core, improves gait mechanics, and builds full-body control. When done slowly and intentionally, it’s an elite core stability drill.
