Cancellation Policy
Happy Lifts Travel Gym Booking Policy Thank you for choosing the Happy Lifts Travel Gym! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review our booking policy before scheduling your session. Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked in advance through our designated booking system or by contacting us directly. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the session begins. Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made within this window will be accommodated based on availability. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will forfeit the deposit. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 3 hours of the session) will be charged the full session amount. Location & Setup The travel gym requires adequate space for equipment setup. Please ensure the designated area is clear and accessible before the session starts. If access or space constraints prevent the session from taking place, it will be considered a last-minute cancellation, and the full session fee will be charged. Weather & Outdoor Sessions For outdoor sessions, we monitor weather conditions. If unsafe conditions arise, we will work with you to reschedule. If weather prevents the session from occurring and rescheduling is not possible, a credit may be issued for a future session (at Happy Lifts' discretion). Liability & Safety Participants must complete a waiver before their first session. Happy Lifts reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to safety guidelines.
