Happy May, everyone! I’m so grateful to be lifting with you for another month. This May, we’re bringing our focus back to intention. That means slowing down a little, connecting to our breath, and moving with purpose. There’s so much in life we can’t control—but the way we show up for ourselves is something we can. So let’s make the time we spend in the gym mean something. Let’s move kindly. Let’s train intentionally. Let’s use our workouts as a reminder: We are strong, we are growing, and we are worth showing up for.
