Hi, I’m Coach Brina. I’ve spent over ten years working in education before becoming a Certified Personal Trainer, Youth Fitness Instructor, Pain-Free Performance Specialist, and Pre/Post Natal Coach.
My background in teaching shaped the way I approach fitness — with patience, clarity, and real education. I realized how many women wanted to get strong but were never actually taught how.
That’s why I built this program: to teach you everything you need to know to lift confidently and independently. My goal is to make strength training simple, safe, and empowering — so you can understand your body, trust your process, and build lasting strength from the inside out.
