Hi, I’m Coach Brina. I’ve spent over ten years working in education before becoming a Certified Personal Trainer, Youth Fitness Instructor, Pain-Free Performance Specialist, and Pre/Post Natal Coach.

My background in teaching shaped the way I approach fitness — with patience, clarity, and real education. I realized how many women wanted to get strong but were never actually taught how.

That’s why I built this program: to teach you everything you need to know to lift confidently and independently. My goal is to make strength training simple, safe, and empowering — so you can understand your body, trust your process, and build lasting strength from the inside out.

I blend psychology, nutrition, and real-life behavior change strategies to help women break free from the cycles of dieting, guilt, and burnout. My approach is rooted in awareness, self-trust, and consistency — teaching you how to fuel your body, regulate your energy, and create habits that actually last.

At Happy Lifts, I help women nourish their strength from the inside out, so the way you eat supports not just your workouts, but your whole life.
