Choose this version if you want to stretch your lower back, hips, and thoracic spine while lying on your back with full control.
The supine scorpion starts on your back as you rotate your leg across your body toward the opposite side.
This creates a gentle spinal twist that opens your glutes, hip muscles, and mid-back while keeping your chest grounded. It’s a safer, more controlled version of rotation work and helps release tension through your entire backside. Great for warm-ups or for easing stiffness in your hips and low back.
