Pike to Full Cobra

Choose this version if you want to open your spine through flexion and extension while stretching your entire front body and posterior chain.

Moving from a pike (hips high, hamstrings long) into a cobra (hips down, chest lifted) takes your body through a full range of spinal motion.
It lengthens your hamstrings, opens your chest, decompresses your spine, and connects breath to movement. This dynamic stretch is great for warming up your whole body before lifting or mobility sessions.
