Choose this exercise if you want a controlled, anti-extension core challenge — not a cardio movement.

Bringing your knee forward while keeping your hips steady challenges your core to resist arching or twisting.
This variation strengthens your abs, hips, and shoulders while teaching you to move your legs independently without losing your brace. One of the best “moving plank” variations.
