Happy Guide Live is a live, guided strength training class based on The Happy Lifts Guide to Happy Lifting. Each week, we move through foundational strength concepts together—learning not just what to do in the gym, but why we do it. This class is designed to help you understand your body, build confidence with weights, and create a strength practice that actually feels supportive and sustainable. You’ll learn the core movement patterns, how to warm up with intention, how to brace and breathe, and how to lift in a way that builds trust instead of fear. This isn’t about pushing harder or chasing a transformation. It’s about learning the fundamentals, asking questions in real time, and walking away with tools you can use long after the class ends. If you’ve ever felt lost, intimidated, or unsure in the gym—this is your place to start.

Cancellation Policy

Happy Guide Live – Class Policy This class runs on a set schedule and does not include extensions beyond the program dates. If you miss a Monday session, that’s okay—you may make it up by booking into a regular Happy Lifts session later that same week or by attending two sessions the following week, based on availability. Missed sessions must be made up within the active program timeframe. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session will result in the loss of that session. By booking this class, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
