This session is a full upper body workout with the added challenge of deadlifts to strengthen your entire posterior chain. You’ll work on pressing and pulling movements while reinforcing proper deadlift mechanics. Expect a mix of barbell, dumbbell, and bodyweight exercises designed to build upper body strength, improve grip, and develop total-body power. Who is this for?
