Prone Scorpion

Choose this version if you want a deeper, more dynamic stretch for your hips, chest, and spine while lying facedown.

Lying on your stomach, you lift one leg and reach it across your body behind you like a scorpion tail.
This opens your hip flexors, chest, and thoracic spine while stretching your adductors and front body. It’s more intense and dynamic than the supine version, so move slowly and keep your shoulders and hips controlled. Excellent for athletic warm-ups and improving full-body mobility.
