Standing Thoracic Rotation

Choose this version if you want to improve rotation through your upper back while practicing balance and full-body control.

Standing upright adds a stability challenge while still focusing on your thoracic mobility.
You learn how to rotate your torso without twisting from your hips or knees. This variation is great for warm-ups, gait mechanics, and upper-body mobility in a functional position.
