Bear Hold
Choose this exercise if you want to learn how to stack your ribcage and pelvis and activate your deep core properly.
In a bear hold, your knees hover slightly off the ground while you keep your spine neutral and your ribs pulled down.
This teaches full-body tension, breathing under pressure, and proper bracing mechanics — all essential for lifting. It’s one of the best ways to build foundational core strength.
