STRONGER EVERYDAY ASSEMBLY
A high-energy, interactive presentation perfect for wellness week or back-to-school events. Students learn about pillar muscles, movement patterns, and how physical strength supports mental health.
Includes: Equipment, fun demos, takeaway message, and take-home curriculum.
SCHOOL CLUBS
Strength Club (Grades 4th- 12th)
A high-energy club where students learn how to squat, press, carry, and grow confidence using kid-sized real equipment.
Includes: Equipment, up to 12 students, certified coach.
Family Strength Club (Grades TK-12th)
An after-school strength club for students and their caregivers to move and learn together.
Includes: Partner workouts, real equipment, and connection-focused coaching.
Yoga Club (Grades TK-12th)
A calming, age-appropriate club focused on mindfulness, breathwork, and fun movement. Perfect for enrichment blocks or after school.
Includes: Mats, up to 15 students, certified yoga instructor.
STAFF STRENGTH TRAINING
Weekly Workouts
Help your team feel better in their bodies with beginner-friendly strength sessions, right on campus.
Includes: 1-hour sessions, posture-focused training, real equipment, optional workshop.
"Strong for the Work You Do" Staff Workshop
A one-time session blending movement and mindset to help teachers recharge, reflect, and reconnect with their strength.
Includes: Strength training, journaling prompts, and wellness tools.
